Crystal Fernandez holds a Bachelor of Arts in General Studies with a concentration in Public Administration, African American, Latino, and Urban Studies from Charter Oak State College. Crystal is also a proud sister of Lambda Theta Alpha Latin Sorority, Incorporated. Crystal has 12 years of experience in non-profit community based organizations working with youth ages 13-24 with a focus on Youth Leadership, Workforce Development, College/ Career Exploration. and Coaching
